There’s nothing like being in the right place at the right time! I am sure most of you can relate to that or have experienced the magic of LOCATION.LOCATION.LOCATION.

Well, I must say, opening our V12 Yoga studio in the Dallas Farmers Market is only the beginning of a renaissance in our hood.

The Dallas Farmers Market is no longer the stale, old area you may have once noticed passing on your way to Deep Ellum or Cedars. The vibrant and bustling area is now your new Fresh look. Over the past two weeks, we have had more than 200 Visitors come by the studio and 80 percent of them live in the neighborhood. This is exciting to see! Most of the apartments being constructed are gorgeous and offer great deals to move in. Who wouldn’t want to be 5 minutes away from everything?

Our building adds a new fresh element to the old historic face. The Masonic Building across the street is soon to be “refreshed” with new tenants, and it looks like we are also getting a new beer garden as well. GREAT NEWS!!

Check out a few other stories and announcements going on in our hood.

From the opening of the Green Door Public House (Check them out on Facebook)                                      https://www.facebook.com/GreenDoorPublicHouse

To the relocation of the North Texas Food Bank                                                                                                                  http://web.ntfb.org/page.aspx?pid=253

The energy in the area has already created a buzz. Check out the recent mention in The Economist: http://www.economist.com/blogs/schumpeter/2014/07/rejuvenating-downtown-dallas

One thing is for sure, there is New Energy on the Block and you can come and experience the flow in our studio with a view!

Shout out to our city manager, AC Gonzalez, for stopping in for a tour!

See you on the mat!

Energy and Light,
